Introduction

Bubble wrap packing has become a popular trend in bubble wrap packaging. It adds to the elegance of bubble wrap packaging and also makes bubble wrap products work better. The bubble wrap packing process is essentially folding bubble wrapped products into bubble-shaped “envelopes” that are then taped or glued closed.

What is bubble wrap packing?

Bubble wrap packing is using bubble wraps as the primary material used in packaging materials to protect your good from breakage or scratches. If you have never heard of bubble wrap packing before, it might surprise you to learn about how popular a method it actually is with online retailers and brick-and-mortar businesses alike.

The neat thing about bubble wrap packing is that this method helps business owners save money by reducing shipping costs. bubble wrap is very lightweight, so it does not add much to the cost of shipping and handling your items around the world. bubble wraps can be compressed and still maintain their shape and bubble size.

This means that bubble wrap packing allows you to pack more goods into a box than you would otherwise be able to if bubble wrap was not used as an additional layer of protection.

You might wonder why some business owners don’t just avoid using bubble wrap altogether and save money on their packaging costs by using other methods such as newspaper or filler peanuts. While those materials do help protect your goods from breakage during transport, they will often leave behind residue that can damage or dirty up your goods even further after transit has completed.

Bubble wrap is made to be a bubble cushioning material that is not going to cause any further damage to your goods once the bubble wrap packing has been completed.

In order for bubble wrap packing to work properly, bubble wraps need to be packed in an orderly fashion. This means using the right kinds of dividers and filling up all of the empty spaces in a box with bubble wraps during bubble wrap packing.

If you are considering starting a business where you will be shipping bubble wrapped packages on a frequent basis, then it might make sense for you to consider buying bubble wrap wholesale from companies such as primepac.com

By doing this, you can save money on packaging costs while also avoiding any potential problems if you run out of bubble wraps or other necessary materials for bubble wrap packing.

How to use bubble wrap?

Do you know the correct way to wrap a package with bubble wrap? Follow the step-by-step instructions below to get started.

Wrap your items on a flat, clean surface

When wrapping your items in bubble wrap for shipping, it’s best to find a flat, clean surface. Make sure you have enough space for the item you’re shipping and enough bubble wrap to cover the entire item. Also, make sure you have enough space to fold, stack, and secure your items comfortably without constant movement.

Layout the bubble wrap and face the inside of the bubble

Make sure to place the protective bubble wrap so that the bubble side is facing up. With this, you can guarantee that the airbags will manage to do their job and protect your fragile packages during transit. If the bubbles are facing outward, they will burst during shipping. If this were to happen, the purpose of using bubble wrap and other packaging materials would be nonsense.

Wrap items generously with bubble wrap

Wrap your items more generously with bubble wrap. When your customers are eager for a package to arrive, you don’t want to upset them, only to realize that the contents inside are damaged or broken. Not only will this thing make your customers angry and call you about your return policy, but it will also hurt your brand in the long run.

What is the purpose of the bubble wrap?

The revolutionary bubble wrap is one of the most popular protective packaging solutions.

Due to its soft cushioning, it is a convenient and extremely effective way to protect fragile items during transport, movement, and storage.

Designed to protect everything from small lightweight items too large fragile products, bubble wrap is a versatile material. It comes in different types and sizes.

Our Standard Small and Large Bubble Wraps are ideal for protecting light to medium-sized products, while our Premium versions are used to protect fragile and heavy items.

Anti-static bubble wrap is great for protecting electronics because it doesn’t create static charges.

Another option, bubble bags are quick and easy to use, with a self-sealing extended lip for easy loading and closing, ideal for protecting small, delicate items.

Is it a good insulator?

Not only is bubble wrap great for protecting things, but it’s also a great insulator. Air in a confined space tends to resist temperature changes as air molecules move around, making energy transfer more difficult.

Since bubble wrap is nothing more than air bubbles wrapped in plastic, it’s a popular choice for insulating homes and other venues.

There are several advantages to using bubble wrap as an insulator. First, it can be easily cut with scissors to fit any shape or size. Can be applied without any technical requirements.

Due to its lightweight, the bubble wrap can be transferred from one place to another without any problems.

Simply spray water on the glass and press the bubble wrap onto the glass to secure it to the window, no adhesive is required. Bubble wrap can also be reused, depending on whether it holds its shape well with the bubbles intact to last for several seasons.

Can it be recycled?

Bubble film is a recyclable and environmentally friendly material. Both end-users and manufacturers can recycle this material in a number of ways. Some local councils collect it along with other plastics such as milk cartons and tote bags during their regular collection.

Another way to recycle bubble wrap is to find a recycling point that can properly dispose of it. It can easily be reused if you have a hard time finding a place that accepts it for processing.

Bubble wrap is an excellent eco-friendly solution if you manufacture products or handle goods in transit that require protection. We can help you realize significant savings and consistently deliver low prices.

Bubble Wrap Packing Protection

Bubble-wrapped products are greatly protected by bubble wrapping, not only from impact but also from moisture damage.

However, if you want to ensure your bubble-wrapped product’s safety, your best bet would be to pack it in bubble wrap packing. Putting bubble-wrapped products inside an envelope ensures that they are completely sealed off from air and any other kind of environmental damage such as water damage .

They will remain bubble wrapped for the duration of shipping and will only be bubble wrap packaging when it is time to deliver them.

Bubble Wrap Packing Cost

Although bubble wrap packing can seem like a negligible process, bubble wrap companies often charge for this service, especially if they are tasked with bubble wrapping products on-site. There are bubble wrap companies that may give you bubble wrap envelopes for free but sell bubble wraps at a high price while others simply charge extra money to do bubble wrapping in addition to their other services. Bubble Wrapping Machines If your company is already using bubble wrap machines , then turning your products into bubble wrapped “envelopes” should be quick and easy without incurring more costs. However, if you are taking matters into your own hands and bubble wrapping on your own, it can be an extremely time consuming bubble wrap packing process. Bubble wrap companies save you the trouble of bubble wrapping products by bubble wrapping them for you AND bubble wrapping them into bubble wrap packaging.

Did you know bubble wrap is one of the most effective ways to keep your goods safe when they are being sent? It’s not just a fun way to show off your bubble rage skills. In fact, bubble wrap might just be the best material that you can use for packing fragile items.

Different kinds of bubble wraps

There are several different kinds of bubble wraps that you can use for bubble wrap packing purposes. You will want to stick with the bubble wraps that have small bubble sizes in order to achieve the best results when bubble wrapping your goods for sale or transit. The larger sized bubble cushions are great for protecting bubble wrapped items during transit, but they are not going to help your package look very neat when it is being packed up for shipment with other packages. You might also consider using bubble wrap sheets or rolls rather than standard bubble wraps in some circumstances because these materials pack quite nicely into boxes and do not leave any rips behind when you remove them from a box after packaging has been completed.

Are you shopping for gifts this holiday season? If so, you might be looking to fill your stockings with little goodies and treats. Or maybe the presents are already under the tree, but now it’s time to start thinking about how you’re going to pack them up!

Bubble wrap is a great way to protect fragile gifts that need to be shipped or transported via other means. However, if you’ve never used this material before (or ever had someone toss out your collection of vintage newsprint), there are some things that you should know first!

The advantages of bubble wrap packing

1. The bubble wrap packing is an excellent shock-resistant insulator.

The main function of the bubble wrap packing is excellent: to ensure the safety of the goods during transportation. Unfortunately, freight transit usually involves rough handling or bumpy roads-therefore, shippers use foam packaging to protect their cargo. Its sealed air bubbles provide a flexible but durable cushion, forming an amazingly strong barrier to resist shocks. When the number of layers is doubled or tripled and combined with a strong corrugated box, it can even protect the cargo from severe impacts.

2. The bubble wrap packing can be reused.

When you use up your bubble wrap, don’t throw it away! The bubble wrap packing can almost always be reused unless it is severely damaged. As long as most of the bubbles are intact, you can use the bubble wrap packing again and again to protect the most valuable goods in transportation. This makes bubble wrap paper a more environmentally friendly choice compared to some packaging types that are difficult to reuse, and it can also provide huge potential cost savings. This is also great for companies that offer easy customer returns, because it’s easy to set up as part of a ready-to-use return box.

 3. The air bubble wrap packing is light in weight.

bubble wrap packing is one of the lightest void filling packaging materials. Its structure is mainly air, and there are several layers of ultra-light plastic, which is durable. This makes the packaging material very light and can save transportation costs, especially if you are shipping in bulk. Less packaging means lower costs when transporting by weight, and may reduce fuel costs when transporting large quantities of goods.

4. The bubble wrap packing is cost-effective.

The bubble wrap packing can not only be reused-it is actually a better start! Air Sea Containers offers great value discounts on a large number of foam packaging, including our two packs of 24-inch foam packaging rolls and our 48-inch giant foam packaging rolls. Companies that ship a large number of single items should also check out our single-piece bubble wrap packing bag-bubble wrap packing and bag combined into one! No matter how you cut it, bubble paper is very cost-effective.

 5. The bubble wrap packing has a wide range of uses.

The bubble wrap packing can isolate and protect almost any type of small cargo. It can be easily cut into almost any shape you need with scissors, and its large pieces are sufficiently malleable to effectively wrap and protect a variety of odd-shaped goods. It is also widely used outside shipping. Some people even use it to insulate windows in summer. With just a little creativity, the possibilities are almost limitless!

 6. bubble wrap packing is a good method of reducing pressure.

We cannot resist, and you may not resist. In the final analysis, foam packaging is just simple fun. Putting a little foam around the office or warehouse can provide us with a good decompression outlet for sometimes frustrating days. More importantly, customers also like it. For many people, this is a great extra feature that they can reuse or enjoy.

Bubble Wrap Packaging Do’s & Don’ts

  1. DO check the wrapping paper you wish to use to see if it’s compatible with the type of bubble wrap you have. Some brands produce “peel and stick” varieties for this very reason. Check out our previous post on what kind of tape is best for your gift wrap needs!
  2. DO unroll all of your rolls ahead of time so that they have a chance to expand back out before you use them. If possible, try to keep them in their original packaging or bag until you’re ready for them, especially if there are a lot in each package/bag and/or your storage space is limited
  3. DO a sturdy box that will allow your bubble wrap envelope to be stable and stay put. If you use a box that’s too small or not sturdy enough, your bubble wrapped gift might slide around and get damaged
  4. DO choose bubble wrap with smaller bubbles if you’re using fragile paper like tissue paper to wrap the object you’re trying to protect
  5. DON’T use bubble wrap that’s too big for your intended purpose; bubble wrap should fit snugly around the object that needs protection
  6. DON’T tape down your bubble wrap (or any part of it) until AFTER the package has been sealed
  7. DON’T use loose scraps of bubble wrap as packing material; they can slip out easily
  8. DON’T let children play with bubble wrap while you work

What do bubble wrap and bubble wrap packing have in common? Bubble wrap was originally designed as a type of air-filled plastic that could help insulate houses. Nowadays, bubble wrap is used to protect all kinds of items during shipping and handling, and bubble wrap packing is both an art and a science.

How does bubble wrap packing work?

If you place bubble-wrapped items on top of one another, they’ll stick together so tightly it’s difficult to move them. Since the bubbles provide cushioning between delicate items, they don’t get damaged when stacked together. Even if your items aren’t fragile, bubble wrapping makes them easier to carry because the bubbles prevent them from shifting around while being transported. You can use bubble packaging tape or just regular bubble wrap to stick your bubble wrapped packages together.

What types of bubble wrap are there?

Bubble wrap comes in all different shapes, sizes, and bubble styles. There’s bubble roll, bubble bag, bubble box, bubble pouch… pretty much any type of bubble packaging that you could want for your delicate items.

How do I use bubble wrapping?

You can use bubble wrap on its own or by using bubble wrapping tape (just like duct tape). It’s not recommended to pop the bubbles because it will make the plastic lose its cushioning capabilities; popping is only efficient if you’re trying to create space between two sets of objects before adding an additional layer over them. If you want something even more secure than both tape and regular bubble wrap combined, bubble wrap bags are great for packing. They bubble wrap your items, and then place them inside a bubble bag that has an air-tight seal.

What are bubble wrap shipping labels?

Bubble wrap shipping labels are just like any other shipping label you’ve used before, except they’re made of bubble plastic. The bubble wrap packing sticks to cartons well, which is what makes them perfect for bubble-wrapped packages. If you want the recipient to know immediately that there are bubble-wrapped items inside the package, using bubble wrap shipping labels will make it clear from a distance without peeling the box open!

Conclusion

Bubble wrap packing bubble wrap can be expensive and many people do not have enough bubble wrap lying around the house to cushion every package they are sending off. One great substitute for a bubble packs is paper towel tubes.

Types of bubble wrap

It comes with ¼” to 1” bubbles. The most common size is 0.4 inches. Generally, smaller air bubbles protect items from scratches, while larger air bubbles protect them from impacts. Given the nature of the movement, it would be wrong to buy it with larger air bubbles, as it also prevents scratches.
There are also different types of bubble wrap. In addition to the standard, you’ll find it comes in a heavy-duty, larger, more durable bubble and anti-static form. The anti-static version in pink is exactly what its name suggests: it protects electronic devices from static electricity that can kill them. If you use regular bubble wrap on your computer, static charges can build up and ruin it.

How is bubble wrap made?

The raw material of the bubble film is polyethylene. Polyethylene is probably the most commonly used polymer in everyday life. It’s the polymer used to make grocery bags, shampoo bottles, children’s toys and even bulletproof vests! Polyethylene enters the bubble film factory in the form of beads (the size of a small pea).

This beaded polyethylene is passed through a corkscrew and heated (a process called extrusion) and melted into a liquid to form a clear layer of plastic. Two flat thin film layers are produced from this process. One layer passes through a steel cylinder with holes. A powerful vacuum pump inside the steel cylinder pulls the flat polyethylene layer taut to create air bubbles. The second layer of flat film is passed through the cylinder, which laminates itself to the first layer, sealing everything together so that air cannot escape the bubbles.

The two most common bubble sizes (large and small) are made using cylinders with holes of different sizes. The small bubbles are 10mm in diameter and each bubble is 4mm in height – the large bubbles are 20mm in diameter and 7mm in height.
