The heat-resistant retort pouches are suitable for processing at around 121°C, showcasing excellent barrier properties against gas, water, and light for extended storage of muscle food products. Their flexibility enables processing, enduring thermal treatments (usually 115–121°C), chilling, and meeting diverse retail and consumer requirements.
