What is no print area?

Estimated Reading Time: < 1 min

No printing area is a blank space on PE tube shoulder, typically around 3mm wide.

The reason for this no-print zone lies in the manufacturing process. PE tubes are created through a process called extrusion, where molten plastic is continuously formed into a tube shape. Due to the natural curve of the shoulder during this process, standard printing machines cannot physically reach that specific angle to print effectively.
